Called the owner 3-4 times to check if they remove nail extensions, she never denied and when i go the the salon almost 4-5 were experimenting on my nails none of them had any idea about how to remove gel extensions. They didn't even had the proper equipments to do so and the worst part is that they took almost 2 hrs for a 30 min job. My nails and fingers were ruined because they used only filers to remove the extensions. Disappointed **again not talking about any other service But this was wrong on owners part.
