Lourdes Syro Malabar Forane Church, Trivandrum - Catholic church in Thiruvananthapuram - Thiruvananthapuram, India

As a worship place, the church is amazing for prayers. Moreover this is a forane church. This is near pmg junction. When I visited a nearby construction was going which is a parking place for the church itself. The museum and planetarium are near so you can get a relaxation after the mass.

Church and the compound is so beautiful. Parking area is there..there is also a Chapel and stay for father's..this church is truly a blessing to everyone .The chapel here is the best place to meditate and pray to God..you could spend praying to god alone here..its peacefull and calm.it closes by almost 9.45pm at night.The Chapel here is a must visit..God bless everyone

Lourdes forane church is near to PMG junction.It is a big church having many other infrastructures like Bishop's residence, IAS coaching centre etc.This church is good for hosting marriages. The dining room is large for accommodating 250 people at a time. However the parking structure is not big enough to accommodate the strength of the church or in case of a marriage.

One of the oldest Syro Malabar churches in Trivandrum. It's the first center that was started for the pastoral care of Syro Malabar faithful in Trivandrum city. It is now the regional Bishop's House for the southern zone of the Archdiocese of Changanassery. The parish acts as a mother church for almost all other Syro Malabar churches ina and around Trivandrum city. A nice place to have a peaceful time with your Lord at PMG junction, so close to the Legislative Assembly building of Kerala

The beautiful white church of Loudes Forane Church is noticeable to anyone who passes by. The church is known for its serene atmosphere and intricate wood interiors which frame the gorgeous alter. The gallery on the second floor of the church along with the arched doors adds to its charm. In Kerala, where peace and brotherhood are part of the culture, Christmas is celebrated on a grand scale. This church is perfect for this occasion. Special services are held at all churches across the state on Christmas Eve. For a Keralite Christian, the Holy Midnight Mass is a not-to-miss one.

Such a wonderful church. The heavenly ambience is excellent. The church complex contains the infamous Pala Civil Service Institute. Good for weddings and reception as dining hall is also large enough. But d parking space is not enough for such a big church.

Parking is a little struggle as on Nov 2023. I hope the new parking solution will be solved soon by next year.

So peaceful and mostly like consecrated place where you can really draw positive energy from
