My father Jacob KM admitted yesterday. When he went to reception to give the adress the person who is sitting in the reception (Male person who is sitting for collecting cash)talk in an arrogant way . This type of attitude is not good. Do not think that all persons who are coming there are beggars. Many are there from reputed families who's children's are in abroad where they can not accompany them , like this Situation you have to consider that all are human being and they have the right to explain where he has to do the signature . What is the purpose everything he has to explain the person who is taking the signature. That is his duty. I think management will investigate like this issues and will remove like this people from front office and will give appropriate positions.
Recently my wife got admitted in lourde hospital for delivery. I'm happy to give 5 star ratings for Dr Jojo but behavior of nursing staffs in labour room was very rude. So I'm giving single star rating.They were simply scolding patients as well as bystanders. Labour room nursing staffs really need to improve their behaviour. Hospital facilities and cleanliness were good.
