An all time favourite place for my wallets, belts, shoes and more. Once an LV customer, it is difficult to settle for other brands. Just added this beauty to the collection!

MUMBAI IS LUCKY ! ONE OF THE BEST LV STORES I have only gone to this one for like 4 times but the staff is so greetful and hospitable - very kind of them. They help you with all things you have to see and wear it. They never say no for anything. Specially the staff who attended us for the sunglasses Miss.Swatlana Khan She was very kind,poliet and attended us till we got the best choice from START TILL THE END. Also got the best of them from the closet and then helped in making the choice also. She was being very patient as it was tough to choose between the 2 sunglasses. Also offered a nice cup of tea. Their hospitality towards the customers is very good . Really thankful for her time and LV`s great collections. LONG LIVE LOUIS VUITTON !

It's amezing, like it's name , there is a lot to see , buy and to eat. Staff behaviour is very polite and nice. Spend your time here it's luxurious..

Can you imagine the store is shut due to some "internal event" when the World Cup is going on and the hotel is beaming with guests and visitors? And here we were wondering why Mumbai doesn't have enough luxury stores like Delhi does. Too comfy?

I am compelled to share my deeply disheartening experience with the Louis Vuitton store in Mumbai. Approximately 10 days ago, my wife thoughtfully purchased a gift for me from this establishment. It was intended as a pleasant surprise, and while I was not present during the purchase, the receiving staff assured her that if the size of the product wasn't a good fit, we could simply return to the store for an exchange. Today, I visited the store with hopes of obtaining the correct size, only to be met with an incredibly haughty attitude. Shockingly, I was informed that the price of the product had been increased by about 10%, and I was expected to pay the difference. This revelation was baffling to say the least. When the product was initially acquired, my wife had paid the full amount in good faith. To now be confronted with the demand for additional payment left me taken aback. The representative her response was that this was in accordance with the company's policy, presented as an irrefutable decree. This inflexibility was disappointing, to say the least. My dismay doesn't stem from the monetary aspect; it's more about the feeling of letdown when you invest in a brand, believing in their integrity. It's disheartening to see a brand I once respected prioritize their policies over customer satisfaction. As customers, we expect more than just a transaction; we expect respect and understanding. This experience has left me disillusioned and questioning the regard this brand has for its patrons. It's unfortunate that in the pursuit of upholding corporate policies, the essence of customer care seems to have been lost.
