Very professional staff that cares its customers. Variety of collection gives you upper hand while choosing. If you are buying suit , I would suggest to not buy accessories if it is out of the scheme part bcz accessories are very costly. One can thing of buying altogether but if you buy from any other place definitely you are going to save some money. And ofcourse no issue of alteration , easily done Two suits that i purchased from here

Kindly read my comment. As I have taken time to write a review. Louis Philippe store is worst (Karol bagh) one. Bad, worst experience i ever had in my entire life. I got 2 suits, blazer, 2 shirts, 2 ties, 1 shoes,1 belt. Poor customer service. Really upset, unhappy , they show less empathy and uncompassionate towards customer. They do not understand importance of customer time. Manager himself was so unprofessional, did not have any knowledge. I can't explain what issue I did not have with this Karol bagh store. 1) Bill issue: i won't go in depth or in detail. My fiance paid for the suit. But I made dozens of calls and spent 2 entire days sitting over there to get billing issue resolved. 2). Customer service and stiching issue: They did not take proper measurements. They did not listen to customer. Customer service did not note down the measurements. 3). Poor listening skills 4). Issue with Shoes: they tried giving me broken piece of shoes. They could not replace it in 1 week. They took 3 more hours of my life as they got new pair from connaught place. Shaking My Head (smh) 5) Issue with belt: they did not do hole in belt even I requested it. Please please please think twice before going to this store. 6) less knowledge about the product I would never ever go to this store in my life.

VERY POOR COUSTMER SERVICE STORE MANAGER IS NOT PERSON OF HIS WORDS THEY JUST CHEAT COUSTOMER DONT TRY THEIR ONLINE PORTAL FOR ANY PURCHASE I HAD ODERED 2 T-SHIRTS FROM THEIR ON LINE DESK AT THEIR DESKTOP ON 19TH AUGUST 2018 HE ASKED ME TO ARRANGE DELIVERY IN 4-5 DAYS AND ASK INSISTED ME TO PAY FULL AMOUNT IN CASH AND AFTER 7 DAYS THEY SAID THAT THEY CANT DELIVER THE PRODUCTS AND THEY HAD INITIATED FOR DELIVERY BUT WHEN I CONTACTED TO THEIR COSTMER CARE THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE PRODUCT IS IN DELHI ONLY TILL NOW
