Poor customer service, totally unprofessional attitude. Don't expect proper after-sale service. The shoe which I bought worth 9k was of poor quality, it was showing the sweat stains on top, after raising concern, the staffs were showcasing an insulting behavior, rather than resolving the concern.

During my visit to Louis Philippe, I was impressed by the high quality of their shirts. However, I was disappointed to find out that alteration options for the shirt I purchased were limited. The staff at Louis Philippe provided excellent customer service and helped me choose a shirt that matched my style. The shirt's craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional, showcasing the brand's commitment to quality. Unfortunately, I was informed that the shirt I selected couldn't be altered to my preferred size. While I understand that certain limitations exist, it would have been helpful to have this information clearly communicated beforehand. Despite this setback, my overall experience at Louis Philippe was positive. The store had a pleasant ambiance, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. In conclusion, Louis Philippe offers high-quality shirts, but their alteration options may be limited. I recommend the store for their craftsmanship and attentive service, but it's worth inquiring about alteration possibilities before making a purchase.

Asked them to iron the shirt that i was buying. It is supposed to be "anti-wrinkle". Refer pic below for result after ironing. Bad service. Bad product. Louis Philippe opposite Seematti.

The Branded Louis. LP in Kottayam is a great shop with good collection of shirts, pants, shoes etc. But the Suits, they are one of best. Great suit collection is available here and the person (Shanu) who is explaining about the suits and matching colors did a wonderful job. He explains about suits in a way that a customer gets more confident on buying the Suit. Customer service is great. Parking area is good. If a customer wants to go to the toilet, the staff suggests their own office toilet and that's not that good. Maintenance need to be done there. Otherwise everything was great. Van Heusen is also near to Louis Philippe Store.

Nice store with good collection. Good wedding suits collection. Very friendly staffs. The assistant manager is a cool guy and assisted us throughout in selecting the best suit for the wedding. They even do custom alterations pretty quick in like 2-3 days. Parking might be a challenge at times.

Good experience.! The customer service/interaction is good. The collection of suits is also good. They will customise already existing suit to your sizes. This is the main difference between online and offline of LP. In online the suits has offers, but these are not present in here. Here its different types of offer. Overall I would suggest LP for suits. Only issue is online offers are better than here.
