Lotus8 A' PART Hotel , 4 star - Hotel in Nedumbassery - Ernakulam, India

This isn't a 4-star by a long stretch. Was here for an overnight stay as it was close to the airport. Torn bedsheets, unchanged bedsheets (sheet was wrinkled under the blanket), and very old blankets. I didn't have time to complain or ask for a change as I was there for only 4hrs and had a flight to catch in the early hours. I used towels to sleep on and cover. These ( clean bedding) are very important for guests but small things that can easily be fixed. I should have taken photos (intended to, but had flight issues to contend with).

The hotel is close to the airport, just in case one arrives late night and starts for road journey next morning. The rooms are well designed but not being maintained. The washrooms are disappointing, small and messy. With little effort on the upgradation the hotel can come up to the mark. Service at the restaurant is fine. Overall fine for a night with the tariff charged.

DO NOT STAY HERE run far away from it!!!! Checked in for a few hours due to catching a flight in the morning. The bathroom is the WORST PART smelled like urine so strong, and then there were BED BUGS on the sheets, the outlet plug felI off the wall, checked out instantly and moved to the Marriott hotel down the street at midnight! I repeat dont stay here at all. I came all the way from USA to visit family and this is absolutely disgusting!!

I have visited Lotus 8 Hotel near Nedumbassery Airport several times and have stayed there. In my opinion, its a very good Hotel for your stay, staff are too co-operative. Your demands are also heard. Majority of my guests have stayed there and have pinned a very good opinion related to the Hotel Lotus 8. I am sure that the staff with Mr. Sachin will put up the same efforts to maintain this trend. Keep it up. Excellent service. Well natured and groomed staff. No photos taken during my visit so not able to share now. Will review the same in future visits also. Thank you again.

We are not happy with the hotel and Stayed for short time .. it was a worst experience... Lenin was not good, ac was tripped twice.. and worst part is that when I asked dental kit they are asking money for that.. I never seen this any of the hotels in india that too we are paying good amount of stay.. I don't recommend such type of hotels..

Nice hotel, close to the airport, easy access, friendly staff members..

My family had to stay at this hotel before we head for our long flight, and we all enjoyed the nice clean facility offered. - great location and ambience - friendly and hospitable staff - clean rooms our room was a suite style with microwave and fridge - Hotel offered transportation to airport which was great and included with the price; - MS
