Doctor is good and soft spoken, but rest other staff is greedy and rubbish, they ask for money even do not provide all main bills which are required for reimbursement untill you complaint to higher authority. Irritate patients a lot.

Thanks to Doctor Anupam sir & Dr Mukesh & Mr Deepak ( Admin )& Doctors of Hospital everyone was very helpful Everything is Good And Service is also good But Man issue is Reception Staff very Rudely Behaviour for coustomer so it's very negative for Coustomer, Medicine price is very different compared to other Medical , I request to Management owner and plz followup to this thing because it's very bad experience for Coustomer

Most important point first - The high rating of above 4.2! If you find who are those who have rated this hospital 5 star - A tank cleaning company, a MR, some other service provider, a lady who came for simple child care consultation. If you read actual reviews of the patients in need of critical care, this hospital is a nightmare! And that is the reality of this hospital. Not even fit to be OPD clinic. Inefficiency and corruption goes and hand in hand. While main doctors are arrogant and the staff ask for money for basic work. General ward of a normal hospital is better than their ICU. We had worst ever experience in hospital, when my grandma was treated. Kept for 2 days not even proper cleaning, bandage or wound cleaning done in 30 hrs. Pathetic hospital, please dont go by rating...avoid if you can..

I had a really terrible experience with my grandmother admitted to this pathetic hospital. They just treat their patients like customers, charged me 86000/- for two days, no clear follow ups by doctors, the head, Dr. Sharma refused to have a conversation with me while i was getting my grandmother discharged! I would request you to kindly avoid getting treatment in this hospital as it is just a money mincing factory for the staff! The staff kept asking me for money in order to take better care for my grandmother. She was in ICU for two and a half days, and wasn't even property cleaned up wjen we dicharged her. I opted for this hospital because of the ratings provided on google but noe it's pretty eminent that the ratings are paid not genuine.

One of the worst hospital all staff's are very rude to the patients relatives no proper mangent. They only take money initially after that nobody will care about patients. My husband went for surgery no proper rules and regulations in this hospital all hospital staff are working here for the sake of money. Not at all recommend. Don't care about pateint .
