It's really sad to post this review on behalf of my bro who recently joined as a front desk executive and had to quit. The Boss may try to manipulate and respond to gain confidence of people to retain clients, wasn't supportive towards his employee! With Good intentions my bro had to disclose membership expiry with a client who was unprofessional and started swearing at my bro. And my bro had to quit where the boss was not responding at all to situation. Such a pity where a Boss is unable to stand truthfully to his employees and is compromising on the back of clients unprofessional mannerisms. It looks like local gundaism that the Boss is worried and has asked my bro to quit job. People, not sure how you will interpret this message, I see a failure at the Boss's end to support his staff and while he has offered services to people, he can deny services. As a loyal citizen of India, voicing out this concern and letting the Boss and the client know that I have the capacity to face anything as a consequence. Just an advise to the boss that you need not give a damn to such clients. Happy to discuss and face any wrath!

Joined for pool classes. I took personal training from Sachin Sir, he is an excellent teacher. His observation skills and guidance helped me to master the strokes fluently in short span. Extremely motivating and passionate about his work. Pavan sir is also very helpful polite and knowledgeable , his guidence also helped to push myself to next level. The pool facility is very well maintained at Lotus fitness center. Dressing room and washroom is regularly cleaned and is very hygienic unlike other places which I find the best feature about this place. I also noticed that all the other trainers are very friendly supportive and helpful always. I have explored all the other swimming places and lotus fitness is the best experience.

We joined our child to swimming during the summer camp as the pool is close to our home. The pool is very well maintained and we did not face any issues then other than being very crowded. So we enrolled him into the regular batch . From day one I noticed the coaches being very rude to the students but kept quiet as I thought things will get better. What angered me is when one of the coach hit my child unnecessarily. When I asked him why he hit my child he did not have a proper response and irked me even more saying that only if we hit and scold that the children will learn. I made my point saying that he has no right in hitting any child for that matter and it's unfortunate to say that just because I made my point he does not bother my child but continues to hit other children. Everyday I see so many children quitting on swimming because of the coaches and it's sad and annoying that the owner or the manager is not taking any action.

Mr. Ashish, the manager, and his team have been incredibly cooperative and helpful. Their management skills are top-notch, and the work environment is consistently hygienic and clean. I am thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and dedication to maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Hi venkatesh, I would like to bring to your notice that, you should really insist your reception staff ( specially Mr.Ashish's) to mellow down on his attitude towards the clients. In service business we should never hit on clients morale look for alternative. Being a client of your facility from the inception I felt the way things handled today was not really in the intrest of the both parties. Please get it rectified for everyone sake.

Pool facility is good but the coach to student ratio is poor. Too many kids under a single coach. it is over crowded. They charge a big fee for which they should engage more coaches or at least They should reduce the count of students for each coach.
