LOTUS RIYA - Home Stay in Hampi - Ballari, India

Had a peaceful stay here at Lotus Riya. Our spacious room was clean with a very comfortable bed. The whole family are so lovely and made us feel very welcome. They recommended their close friend Mr.Paul the rickshaw and tour guide, who was there for us every day to guide us around Hampi's ancient ruins and temples! The breakfast and dinner was delicious and clean. I felt at home here. We even joined in with the young family members birthday party! It isn't far from the temples. Just the right distance. But it is much easier on your feet to hire Mr.Paul as your rickshaw and guide for the day- totally worth it! Thank you all for an experience we won't forget.

Good place with all required facilities. Home like environment. Ambience is good .The place is very nature friendly. Location easy found and nearby to all tourist place. Food is tasty! Provided with friendly tourist guide Mr Paul. Overall very good experience. Enjoyed the stay with my family

Beautiful place to stay, right in the middle of the woods. Service is great here, food is also good with a chance to get our choice of food cooked. Ample parking space available, location is nearby to the Underground Siva Temple. Very pleasant and quiet place. Fare might seem high but justice is done with all the facilities around. Good choice to stay.

The experience has been extremely pleasant. Everyone is super sweet there, the place is well maintained, surrounded by beautiful nature and a rock with stunning views just few steps away. I am really happy we stayed there thank you Shiva and everyone for your great hospitality! Lena and Romain

I recommend everyone to stay in this beautiful property who comes to see Hampi. Very near to all the locations. Rooms are spacious and neat. Full of trees and rocks around be the stay. Owners are very cool and friendly. They know Telugu.. and there food was excellent. Just like homemade very tasty. But beware there are big mosquitos .

Nice rooms with good food! But the highlight is definitely the people who run it- they make sure you get a 'totally at home' experience. Above all, they have a friend, Mr. Paul - the auto driver. He's an incredible human being and you can get more than your money's worth. He not only drives you around to see the tourist spots but also acts as a person guide! Make sure you ask for him.

Room was clean and spacious. Beautiful green surroundings. Matches the pictures perfectly. Location is very close to all monuments. Breakfast of idling vada is one of the best we have had. Mr. Paul was a very helpful auto driver and guide. He showed us all the places in one and a half days that we had there.
