Extremely arrogant doctors way to much attitude asking to leave when we start questioning especially on call doctors.i agree I was rude too since I was under lot of stress for my mother's condition and test also I said they are asking this test to earn money even though I could have easily done this test in more service oriented and better lab this statement hurt their fragile ego and the doctor threw the paper on the "table" saying you go somewhere else we don't have any lack of money we have ample of money in this hospital.and I again agree I was rude and arrogant and I apologise. But for once be in patients shoe and try to handle the situation in calmness I apologise.but still I don't expect doctors to be so rude and arrogant Dr nitin is extremely kind. But rest all staff are pathetic

This hospital does not even defines what a basics of hospital. - Entrance and the staircase leading to the hospital is so risky , especially the top 3-4 steps on the top with the angle of inclination. - Ambience look chotic most of the time with little space for even people to move around. - welcome desk in never welcoming except the day you pay ur bills - Rooms , Washrooms, corridor are not spacious enough can imagine how the patience are handled in this environment. - Doctors never reveal the patient or thier near ones what is the actual problem is even after 2 days diagnose. - The staff and nurses are more busy in documentation day and night, especially in night shifts. Rather attending patients. - If your health is covered under insurance , then why do we have to worry about money ( statement from one of the duty doctor ) - Rodents are common, I believe they do not know the concept of pesticide services available. I had to finally take a Second opinion Feedbacks are based on experience and point of improvement needed

Very bad experience really very worst. Please be careful on this hospital, i believe doctors are not original. Very few doctors are there, thay are not able to answer some medicine related questions. Please don't wast your money and health.

Whoever saying good hospital gr8 Dr would be super rich.... As my relative was admitted who was charged 37000 bill for just 3 days 1 day ICU and 2 days general ward where general ward bed charges were 3100 rs and the medicines were brought by patient as hospital staff saying ....humne laya medicines uska bhi hai.....the lady on reception is so sick she don't know how to handle patient how to talk to patient.....never seen such arrogant lady in nmmc too.....first the hospital should change the staff immediately....ward boy ask patient to clean bed and other things.what an experience hats off to Dr nitin agrawal handling such horrific things with smile on face.....general male ward facing leakage problem from window....patient and their relative has to walk on wet floor....once u ask to manage bill the ward boy here becomes bouncers of any bar they start their gundagiri language....

It's being 14 years we have being taken for all are family as specially Sr Citizens. Fantastic & Excellent service given with utmost care and humility.

Got my mother's treatment done for her Diabetes issue as her sugars were highly deranged since long time. With proper counselling and guidance we were able to manage it along with reduction in the medication dosage as well. We are highly grateful for Dr. Nitin's guidance and his team for their support.
