I can't say why some recent reviews are not positive. I had an emergency operation after accident some time back and due to some reason after recovery I had to follow up with other orthopedics in 2 different cities, both of them commented that the implant surgery was fantastic. Dr.Shiv Agarwal's positive demeanour gave me hope that all will be ok even after such tragic accident. There was a quality manager who took feedback from us about cleanliness etc. everyday. 1 year after implant removal, my leg feels 100% like before which is not always the case in orthopedic surgeries. It's not a fancy hospital but they put efforts to get the basics right.

I took my mother in emergency there. And I would say each and everyone from staff level to doctor level has been a great example of service. I would like to give a special shoutout Mr. Sabu ( Sr. Admin ) for leading an empathetic and professional team of Toufik and Ashwini. These guys left no stone unturned in going an extra mile to give the patient home like comfort for speedy recovery. Keep the bars setting higher. God bless all

Bad experience at the reception. We came and waited for almost 30mins for OPD. When Doctor arrived someone else was sent before us though it was an emergency and urgent kind of situation for us. Sharing the experience here so that it does not happen to others and administration take a note of it.

Worst hospital and doctors. Doctors doesnt know how to diagnose and also mix up the patient information. Please dont go there ever. Reply: True, everyone giving a bad review is a competitor right? Search for surname 'Rehan' date 26.05.2023 or give your whatsapp number, i will remind you. Worst hospital ever. The doctor who gave details to another hospital staff where we shifted dint know the name correctly or gender. This is how pathetic your staff/doctors are. Instead of replying to the reviews and wrongly clarifying your image, better work on your hospital and staff.

Lotus hospital, Borivali West, Mumbai is a great dangerous place and highly bad in all aspects.

I live next to this hospital and can tell you that it is an absolute disaster. Instance 1. My son was admitted a few months ago and they made me run around like crazy, instead of being helpful. Instance 2. Had to get my father admitted in an emergency situation. I got the room allocation and registration but the admin staff has been pathetic to say the least. Not professional at all and don't have very high standards(don't expect polite/helpful people). I got the feeling they are doing a favour. I am paying 5k per night and they did not have regular doctor staff to properly visit and attend. I had asked for a hot water bag and they didn't have one ! The rooms are so close to residential apartments and with no sound proofing, you can hear people talking/laughing outside. Too much disturbance. There is no one from the authorities I could speak to. Finally, There is not enough place to park your 4W, so please come walking and pray for the best. Wish there was a way to provide negative rating and praying would never have to use any 'hospital' services again !

Nobody wants to go to this hospital even though it's nearby. It's time for hospital holders to change administration, doctor and making better hospitals, at least people leave residing in the lane should prefer to come.

Lotus hospital is a very nice hospital and the doctors and staff there are very nice. I did my brother's surgery there. I got a very good response and when I was not in the hospital, the staff was attentive to my brother. You can go to lotus hospital without thinking. Nice thanks lotus and Dr shiv Agarwal sir
