This hotel is a very good hotel. The rooms here are very neatly arranged. And through the windows of the room you can see a nice view of the mountains. If the weather is good, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains through the windows. The use of the current staff is also very good and they are very helpful. If you are thinking of going to Darjeeling then you can make your trip from this hotel more beautiful.

They are very unprofessional. Never ever book in advance directly. They took half the money in advance and then when we went there after 2 weeks on the booked day they said they don't have rooms. Come tomorrow they will have 1 room ready instead of two. They even refused to pay back and said to stay for two days . Such unrealistic logic. Very rude and unprofessional.

This Is The Place What You Call Beautiful And Cheap. The Hotel Management Is Excellent And The Staff's Are Very Cooperative. The View Is Too Good And Eye Soothing From The Rooms Of The Hotel. The Hotel Is In 1 Minute Of Walking Distance From Mall Road/Chowrasta Which Is Excellent Because You Get Good Network From The Rooms And Easy To Visit Mall.

Worst experience ever. We asked for WiFi but they refused to give us the WiFi password saying its broke but the router was right in front of the reception and it was working. We asked for towel they said they didn't have any towels or soap. The rooms were smelling very bad. The guy in the Reception was very rude. I wish I could give negative stars. Please if you're coming to visit darjeeling I recommend don't stay in this hotel.

We booked view rooms for this hotel before a month, and when we reached they said that view rooms are not available we have to take non view rooms, but they took advance 50 percent money from us for view rooms, we paid the advance before a month, even after asking for the bill receipt they didn't sent it, after reaching there they asked us to stay for a night and then search for a different hotel the next day, this was unprofessional and we all had to search for another hotel even after booking the hotel in advance after reaching there, please go for other hotels if you are planning to visit Darjeeling, the owner should learn some professionalism about how to communicate properly with customers, please never book in advance from Lotus Inn if you also do not want to face similar problem, there are many hotels in Darjeeling

The best hotel ever. I'm fully satisfied with this hotel and behavior of their staffs. Excellent view from the hotel. If weather is okay then you dont need to go tiger hill. You can see sun rise from the hotel's window only. Food quality is also good. Fully cleaned rooms. All over excellent. Thanks.

Most bogus hotel in Darjeeling. We book for four days . Our first night experience was horrible.Non view room was terrible.water was soaking from the roof and our bed was completely wet. The very next day we shift to another hotel.I suggest no one should go for this hotel.

I just visited a few days back and this hotel is the best at affordable prices. The service is very good and also the food is great. All thumbs up
