Staff is very polite and humble, and friendly. Great guidance provided by staff before and after. Quick Service. Clean and neat Area and surrounding. Large waiting area available with good sitting arrangement. Handicapped friendly entrance.

They provide excellent service n support throughout their service. Space is ample n clean and things work on schedule. Staff is cooperative n supportive. And the price for the service also is reasonable compared to other service providers around.

Cooperative and friendly staff. Attendants and Reception staff were very good. Images recieved soon. Downgrading from 5 to 3. Report was not given in promised time. Had to reschedule other appointments because of their delay.

Terrible experience with Lotus Imaging Clinic staff, esp. the lady at the front desk/reception/WhatsApp call. They're a confused lot and different people you talk to will give you different things. Lotus Imaging quoted a different amount for the MRI scan initially as was recommended by the hospital where my senior citizen parent had undergone treatment a few weeks ago. During my discussion a few times with the lady at the front desk/reception of Lotus, she kept insisting that I get a credit note from the hospital as I had requested a discount for the MRI scan amount, but despite getting a credit note, she quotes an amount which was 700/- bucks more than that of the initially quoted figure. This lady is really poor in her comprehension and confused. The worst part is she's extremely rude, loud, and keeps cutting you off abruptly without even listening properly. If Lotus wants to maintain a good reputation, they have to be careful about the kind of people they hire as their staff and also keep a track of the experiences their customers have when speaking to their staff. Lotus Imaging has definitely lost a customer in me and my family and may lose more with such a horrible attitude, approach, and behaviour!!

Very bad didn't received report yet due, to staff has taken payment in other upi QR code, it's not my fault the code which was provided on that only I have made payment, report is not yet generated as well, no coordination in staff and management.... very bad worst service, don't even understand the importance of patient .... the prices are very high in panvel as compared with other .......service is zero....

One of the best centre in Navi Mumbai, most specially behaviour of staff they are very cooperative and helpful. Clinic is good hygiene point of view neat and clean. Highly recommended.
