Lotus hospital is one of the best and most trusted hospital in Hyderabad I have treated some of my relatives and they told me that Lotus Hospital was one their best choice. Doctors are given beyond expecting service to the patient. Excellent treatment, very polite and sincere and all the procedure from start to end was handled smoothly by the staff here and hospital is clean and neat. The care and hospitality is very incredible besides healthy treatment , tests & consultations. I highly recommend everyone to visit the hospital. Thank you.
t's very well mannered staff good coordination with patients. Dr. Sudha Madam & Dr. Sunitha Madam & Dr. Anusha Madam, assisted very well and taken good care towards patients. Overall experience is satisfactory. The entire process from check in to the end was seamless. The staff at the health check department was courteous, helpful and very attentive. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for something similar services.
Very good hospital for children, doctors are available 24 hours. I took my son at night 11.30, they took all the blood tests and got the reports within 2 hours. Pediatricians are very caring Dr. Summer Sir and Dr. Anusha Madam, they gave good treatment for my son. All the staff including admission staff, duty doctors and nurses are humble and polite. First I went to others two hospitals at night 11 o clock. They told me that as its Sunday night doctors will be available in the morning. Then I went to Lotus Hospital at LB Nagar, I got quick response and treatment at mid night also. Really thankfull to Dr. Summer Sir and Anusha Madam.
Getting best service for my wife's pregnancy. Dr Sunita is always giving good hospitality followed by reception staff. only thing is prescribed medicines are not available most of the time. overall experience till now from my wife's 3rd month is best. looking forward to get her delivery done here if the fares are economical. my best wishes for the growth of this branch.
One of worst hospitals service I ever experienced.They are running only in decorative purposes but not real medical services. They have not scanning facilities and doctors also not available. I don't know why they are occupied such a big building and making publicity. And they are allowing two visits per one consultation within 4 days (Is it patient friendly?). But telephonic information is good enough. Very minimal staff and doctors .only Dr Sudha Madam is good and she takes care of patients genuinely. Front off people are arrogant unprofessional and commercial guys.
Doctor is ok ok but it's a money minded hospital. Just for a simple fever and cold they admitted my kid for 5 days and billed for 1 Lacs. While consultation only doctor was asking do you have insurance. I don't understand why a doctor should ask for it before starting the consultation. This is just a money making hospital and I won't recommend it for any one to take here their little ones.

Dr Sudha madam is good. When it comes to the remaining part like nursing staff and admin staff , seems to be very less people available, because of that they are not able to perform their duties properly. It took 1 hour plus for them to collect blood sample in op. When we ask the hospital people they told they don't have enough staff. And also o didn't get the Discharge summary after 3 days of discharge also.
