Worst hospital management. Though you have a proper OP timing, they will wait you more than a hour. They won't respect your timings. Even you have an insurance, they shows some bulls hit reason to grab extramoney from us. Even deluxe room they are not providing a chair for dining. Another important points, they will charge extra amount for post medicine. They said that they don't have post medicine tiegh up with insurance company. Only positive point you can find good doctors care.
Hospital is so good, very hygienic, caring wise good in all aspects, Dr.Vani is my surgeon, who is very caring and kind about her patients so good in her skills and the pediatricians are very concerned about all the kids, the nursing staff is very kind and patience. I was able to manage myself and my new born with their help without my mother, over all it is the best hospital in city.
Doctors are very gd in this hospital, billing staff and nurses they dont know how to handle, waiting is too much. insurance persons dont go to this hospital. bcz its like fraud if compare to other hospitals. our health insurance paying almoast to them immediatly but they are collecting more money from us with bulsit reasons showing when compare to other hospitals. discharge time medicine also charged, actually i got from somany hospitals medicine includes in insurance claim . lotus is adding in our insurance bill and not given medicine . after bill paid saying simply you to buy in our medical shop.. before they dont tell this. my recent experience with other hospitals they inluded in insurance claim for discharge time medicine also. nothing charged. but lotus is doing fraud in this and saying this is our hospital rules. bulsit answers. they think people they dont know all. but lotus you should know that all have awareness in all things now a days. totally bad experience. nurses handling baby kids also no patience, very irritation they are getting. they are not looking like in childrens hospital staff. bcz childrens hospital staff should have patience.
5 star because of Dr Murali Santosh. He is saviour . He is no less than God to us . Best pediatrician in Vizag . He promptly diagnosis the issue and take care of it very well . He explains and listens to all our concerns . Very soft spoken and I bow to him .
