I recently had an unfortunate experience at Lotus Hospital, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment with others. After reading some positive reviews, I decided to call them for an appointment. I was informed that that Dr Barnali Ghosh would be available by 2.30 and was explicitly asked not to be late. Unfortunately, my experience did not live up to the expectations set by the staff over the phone. Upon arriving at the hospital, I was shocked to find out that the doctor had arrived an hour later than the scheduled time. To make matters worse, the doctor prioritized attending to their relatives before addressing other patients, which I found to be highly unprofessional and unfair to those who had been waiting patiently. The overall service at the OPD (Outpatient Department) of Lotus Hospital was extremely poor. The staff seemed indifferent and disorganized, showing little concern for the waiting patients. It was evident that there was a lack of coordination and proper management in place. As a patient seeking medical attention, I expected a certain level of professionalism and efficiency from Lotus Hospital. However, my experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued. The delay in the doctor's arrival, coupled with their preferential treatment of relatives, reflects a disregard for patient care and basic ethics. I sincerely hope that Lotus Hospital takes these concerns seriously and implements the necessary changes to improve their services. Patients deserve better, and it is essential for medical institutions to prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of those seeking medical assistance. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Lotus Hospital to others. I would advise potential patients to explore alternative options where their time and well-being are given the attention they deserve.

Extremely pathetic service. Do not ever go to this hospital. There is no waiting timeline for patients. So if you ha e enough time like 5 to 6 hours for a simple test, them only go other wise don't.

Very nice Hospital. Nursing staff & all employees are very cooperative. My grandmother Binapani Neogi aged about 100 years got very nice treatment. Dr. Sanandam Sarkar and RMO also very cooperative. I also recommend for all serious patients also aged patients.
