I got my mother treated at the hospital recently and I must say, everyone took excellent care of her. My mother was hospitalised for week. Dr. Ajay Gupta is a gem of a doctor who paid regular visits during my mothers treatment. He is polite, soft spoken and friendly! He ensured that everyone was on their toes in the treatment. I should also mention that from the ground staff to the senior and junior doctors, nurses, even the people at the reception are friendly, helpful and kind. They understand the troubles of the patients and their guardians.
Perfect place for great treatment. My father got operated here and we received utmost care and service. Dr Ajay Gupta is a wonderful doctor and provided excellent care and operation.

I was rather hesitant to visit the hospital for the treatment of my brother, after going through some negative comments in the reviews. However, it was a soothing and reassuring experience, due to the care and counselling provided by Dr Rashmi gupta. God forbid! But if in need for medical care, Lotus Hospital is heartily recommended.
