Amazing experience. The hotel, their rooms, their staff and the owner herself are amazing. Very polite, very gentle and very courteous. The owner herself makes sure that the guests are comfortable. Even the reception staff is amazing. Guided us very well and also helped us in the best way they could. Would specially like to thank the owner of the hotel who personally made sure that we had a comfortable . Hotel is very near to the railway Station its about 350 meters I would recommend people to come and stay here.

Excellent hotel right next to Kalka railway station. Food was execllent and rooms are spacious enough. Over all great experience. Staff is very calm and helpful. Best part is location , hotel is very near to the railway station. Good hotel for family

Most trust worthy hotel I have ever very loyal, I left some of my valuable goods here they called us and retuned those even the rooms were very hygiene and very great staff strongly recommended

I stay in this hotel for one night with my family. Room and bathroom is clean and staff is very helpful specially Mr saurabh. He is very helpful and he also arrange a taxi for kasuli for me and the best part of this hotel is very near to kalka railway station .

We stayed overnight at this hotel (en route to Shimla). Almost everything is good about this hotel. Courteous, well mannered, helpful staff. Mr. Ashwani at the front office is ever smiling, ever helpful. Gem of a person. Location of this hotel is good. Just 700-800 mtrs from Kalka Railway Station. And away from irritating traffic rush. Hotel is clean and tidy. Decently maintained. Staff is good. Room size (what we booked) is slightly small. But all facilities i.e. AC, fan, night lamps, mosquito repellent machine, mineral water bottles, coffee/tea maker were provided. Though we didn't feel the need (the weather being hot and humid in June), hot water / geyser facility was there at the hotel. This hotel does not have its own kitchen. They have a tie-up with some other restaurant for food. The dinner (thali) served to us from this restaurant was good, and very reasonably priced. I am giving 4 star rating to this hotel, although it has the potential to deserve 5 star rating. There are a few shortcomings / deficiencies which the management should seriously look into. I would recommend this hotel for a short and comfy stay.

Great hotel esp if the objective is overnight stay for catching early morning toy train. Place is 500 meter from Kalka station and taken 5-6 mins walk or 1 min by Auto. Road is a bit isolated but safe. Saw many families (from evening Delhi Shatabdi) walk down with luggage from station to hotel at 9:30 PM. Rooms are modern, neat and clean. Service 1 * Minus for small cockroach in electric kettle. Room was spacious with good space to accommodate extra bed. Morning 5 AM they arranged auto (100 rs) for drop to station. Shivalik express gets delayed many times due to late arrival of connecting Netaji express coming from Howrah. To avoid waiting at station in such cases one can take morning walk to statin check out delay status, keep resting in hotel and check in from hotel only once departure of Shivalik is confirmed. Overall a great place and closest to Station for Toy train transit.

Near and clean room. We stay for one night and next morning we have a toy train . Hotel is about 400 meters from the railway station. Staff is very helpful.
