Bad customer service. Went there to buy an Oled, the guy was busy using his phone rather than explaining or suggesting other product.
Worst place ever to buy anything. I only asked for my bill for the fridge which I bought, that too in soft copy. There is a lady LATA, she was so rude over the call and said that she can't tell me how much time it will take to give me my bill. Atleast teach your employees how to deal with coustomers. P.s. I haven't got it yet.

Horrible experience, I would recommend Croma or Reliance over it. Salesmen just lie to sell products and even misguide the consumer in order to sell anything. One should just forget this as an option if they are expecting after sales service. If they don't respect the consumer and their salesmen and representatives keep up their unethical behaviour they will surely end up in legal trouble.
I had a very bad experience with the managing staff, who is rude & insincere, he would not quote the final price of the product till the end instead would argue that if I get any quotation from another electronics merchant then he will verify the same and quote Rs. 500 less. Illogical and shocking, how would someone buy anything if you are not going to disclose its price? I wonder how this branch will fare? @lotus you need to properly train their staff and educate them on how to deal with customers.
