I have purchased Philips mixer grinder and Eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner from Lotus Annapurna road on 05.11.2023. I faced trouble with vacuum cleaner and there was no assistance provided. Meanwhile I found dust bag missing when opened the packing .Thus the very purpose of dust cleaning before Deepawali is defeated. And during the festive season I have to find courier at my own to avail the warranty within 7 days. It should be collected by them and immediately they can post on our behalf. I am very disappointed by their approach. I am changing my review with a five star rating. Yesterday I posted the review and today their executive Ms Ankita Agrawal from Annapurna road showroom responded and immediately sent their sales person to solve my problem. Just now they left after satisfying my queries and problems. I thank Ms Ankita and visiting official Mr Saxena and Mr Solanki. I am regretted to hurt the Lotus Management. I didn't change my previous review to compare with the complaint and immediate resolved. Thanks to Lotus with Regards
