Lotus Electronics is the best electronic store which have multiple brands under one roof.The staff executives are soo professional and kind to their customers.They have seperate sections given to different devices ground floor consist of all electronic devices and the 1st floor consist of Home Appliances. I was looking for the laptop and I was quite confused about which one to buy because there are multiple brands already and I earlier had brand reviews from my friends which did not satisfy me to go for the particular brand, must say their executives helped me a lot in selecting which one to go for, he explained me every pros and cons of selected laptops. Earlier I use to think when we shop on e-commerce sites we crack a good deal but I was wrong here. Do Visit if you're looking for any device. They will surely give you better prices than that of e-commerce sites. Do Visit.

One of the recommended electronics store in Shankar Nagar area. It's a huge 2 storey building with parking facilities. It has a lot of electronic products like Smart TV, mobile phone, latest smartphone, tablets, smart watches, laptops, hair dryers, irons, refrigerators, AC and a lot more. Didn't like the service, they where keen on selling their product, but not even interested in knowing their customer. They kind of used all the tricks to trick me in buying laptop from them but i was smart enough ....... To be frank i din't like their nature. Still i give them 2 star one for the collection and second for trying so hard to convince me.

When I visit in Lotus at 1st time.... I really happy with there service...and Lotus atmosphere is very clean and positive energy vibe... and there Bajaj faince is supper fast service in Bajaj faince...

Had poor experience with Lotus. In the name of discounts, they handover you defective items mostly defects got unnoticed or if consumer notice after purchase and installation they will tell you ok Sir, we will inform or raise ur complaint to service team of the company and they will sort your problem, then customer has bear all the pain.
