Worst diagnostic centre that i see throughout in Nandyal, for simple x-ray they are taking more than one hour, no prompt response to customers. Test charges also very high when compared to other diagnostic centres. Not at all recommend.
The staff in the hospital and Doctors are very good. They treat the patients very good. I took my mother and she had issues with the neurology related and after the Doctor's advice and the treatment she is doing much better. Thanks to the doctor and the staff.
The way of doctor ( varada raju) interacting was very nice.. but the staff and nurses are very bad.. rude and recluse response with patient. Dear staff, you people are only nurse don't behave like a doctor's.. and the hospital building was not your won property.. If any patient is come your hospital interact with them with polite manner..
Worst management. As there is no other diagnostic centre's, these people feel that they are doing some kind of charity. Need to learn some discipline and how to treat customers.
Horrible service. They are a very well established institutions in Bangalore, but the staff are very ill mannered. They have zero patience and least tolerance when asked any clarification. Horrible horrible reception and please teach your staff to behave well. Worst experience, would never recommend nor rely on them.

Worst diagnostic center in nandyal.Prices are very high compared to all other diagnostic centers.Just because it is on mainroad many village people come and give samples.I recommend medinova or vijaya diagnostic.
