Its a very good housing society in belagavi. Rooms are very spacious. They have a swimming pool, gym, play area, temple etc. You get a very beautiful view from top floors... 3 bhk apartments have 3 balconies, which is really amazing... The down part is dat sometimes only one lift works...
There are many apartments in this complex. Buildings look bit old from outside and need some paint works. but i have seen the interiors of Pinnacle and zenith apartments . Interiors are good , facilities are nice . If u r in top floor, view is nice . As on today , many construction works are going on and hence the area is dusty.

I stay in a rented 2 BHK apartment in Lotus County. The place is still under construction. The supervisors and engineers working are really rude. They named it serviced apartments but they provide no service at all. The electrician, plumber, etc. don't bother visiting. They have a gym, a pool and a dance studio as amenities. Keep changing the location of the gym and position of the machines inside the gym. So, if you are a gym enthusiast, it's really not worth. The parking space is horrible. There is no park for children. Allow people from outside to come for photoshoots
