If you are going to be there for a longer duration and do not mind going through some tough roads, this is a budget place to stay. Pros: 1. Easy access to beach 2. Good number of shacks available to eat 3. Good service 4. Spacious rooms and clean washrooms 5. Do provide you with an extra room in case you got late during your check out Cons: 1. You have to carry your luggage via a field to reach the place. 2. The property is still under construction but once done, I'm sure it will be a really good one.
Rooms were very clean and very spacious. Service was very nice they delivered breakfast to everyone's individual rooms. Location of this property was very far from main location. Had to walk very bad congested road to reach property. But it is closer to beach within 300mtrs so worth it.
Amazing place to stay. Just one minute walk from Kudle beach. The staff is very polite and the services are good. The only drawback is the parking and the walk to the stay. Slight off-road trail, great if you're a hiking enthusiast.
We booked the room for 6250 per room per day. We booked during long weekend. We got better rooms in goa for much cheaper rates. Don't choose gokarna during long weekends
PLEASE DON'T STAY: While this is okayish for the people who are back packer but NOT at all for family or couple.. In very bad shape.. The manager who's taking the calls is not serious on customer service n very very rude right from day 1.. Amenities : 0 No cafe at this property you have to walk toward narrow n dirty backyard of shack to reach and eat.(else ask caretaker to order plates are not so clean) No power back if electricity goes off. We went in summer n electricity goes off for good 2hrs.. And they call themselves a resort No fridge in room or any available on ground floor, if you going in summer it's awful. And they call themselves a resort. Rooms are badly maintained cupboard are broken n bathroom door lock missing can't lock.. Caretaker who's at reception is also fed up with this property management. You will get only 1 person who's at reception, your room service, your housekeeping.all in one..woahh.. Don't expect a housekeeping available 24/7 when you stay here.. Although the the caretaker who's name is Sachin is very accommodating but we cant really ask him for all knowing he's all alone and catering for all others too.. For beach access, From this resort(not really) you have to go from backside of shacks with very narrow n dirty path.. A total turn off.. Please do not visit.. In same setup go for go karna international resort you will get way better rooms and amenities with pool n cafe with direct beach access with almost same price range. And if you are with family n if you can spend little more stay in arthigamya resort(we missed this).
The good part here was the room was decent and clean and had a nice view of the cliff and a partial view of the sea from the balcony. The Kudle Beach was walkable though the route was through some fields and then a shack. The main challenge was the parking of our two wheeler. The approach road is really tricky and rough and we had to park in what seemed like another guest house's parking which was chargeable. We did face some issues with our air conditioning at night. however the staffs did their best to help us and fixed the AC. Also we faced some other issues with appliances but we did not bring them up with the staffs as they were trivial. One ceiling light was blinking even when switched off and the bathtub was not holding water as the drain was leaking. The location and view of this hotel is really nice. the rooms is also decent. only if the parking issue is resolved and the appliances like ceiling lights, air conditioner, bath tub can be repaired then it would have been a perfect experience for us.The view from room was lovely and the close proximity to Kudle Beach was a plus point. However we did face some problems with some of the room appliances like air conditioner, bath tub, one ceiling light and fan speed. Also the approach route was a bit challenging for us as we were driving a rented two wheeler.
Above all... the owner is rude. The property is not beach facing. This is not a resort at all. No kitchen. Worst experience so far. Only 1 staff but he was helpful.
Staff was not professional. Too much greedy. They take 2-3 hours time even for water bottles, towels and soap. Ambience: It looks like a old house which needs a renovation. Bathroom tabs does not work at all. AC problems. I don't recommend this at all. Instead stay home if you are not getting any other property.
