Very bad experience booked a cottage No ac was giving cooling Hand shower in room not working Tv recharge was not done Fans not working Check in time 2 o clock restaurant closes 2.30 Gym equipment not working Pool was untidy The game zone was kept closed No south indian or proper kathya vadi food Breakfast also limited items They write fruits and give just bananas Only punjabi all the time that too okok Didnt expect this from LORDS Cancelled my 3 days booking in just 1 horrible day

Not value for money... Pathetic hygiene in rooms.. We took 5 rooms but none of bathroom has bathroom mate.. Shaving kit... Dental kit..need a major maintenance to the property... The pool was in very pathetic condition.

One of the worst hotel I seen. 1.First of all they display on site rooms with triple sharing and they provide only extra bed on floor.(gadda). 2.water Park and all other facility is closed. not in operation which they display on website. 3.No warm water in hotel. in freezing cold winter. 4 .gym are not working all things broken. 5. food is Good. 6. Hotel manger is so proffional and cortciouse working hard fr services. 7. Lake of staffs...manpower is not sufficient 8.Over all property is good but need to maintain in services.. 9.Rooms are good. 10.I will give 1 out of 10..

I have been regularly staying during my Gujrat tour. This time despite assurances, we have not been given our bill for stay. Such lapses should be avoided. Payment was made through Credit Card.

The toilet is very very bad and the water is not coming from tap and the toilet is not well maintained.

Overall it's a good resort and water park right on busy highway. Rooms were clean and spacious. Centrally controlled AC. Beautiful front view from galary galary/ walkway as well backside room window. Need to replace towels in use for quaite a long time. Breakfast, limited items are served which is not as per Lord's standard. Spacious rooms and peaceful environment
