Good place to see a stone structure that strongly resembles the Easter Island statues. There are sufficient railings for safety. The path towards it is decently maintained.

A peaceful place to spend some time with yourself or your mates. On weekends it's a little bit crowded but you can still enjoy the view.

I would confidently rate it a four-star destination for several reasons: 1. Spectacular Views: The panoramic vistas from Lords Point are nothing short of spectacular. The view of the Sahyadri mountain range and the surrounding valleys is breathtaking. It's a paradise for nature photographers. 3. Sunset Magic:Watching the sunset from Lords Point is a magical experience. The changing hues of the sky and the sun dipping below the horizon create a mesmerizing sight. 4. Hiking and Trekking:Lords Point is also an excellent spot for hikers and trekkers. The trails leading to and from this point offer a chance to explore the pristine beauty of Matheran. I'm holding back that fifth star due to the lack of amenities and facilities in the vicinity. While the natural beauty is unparalleled, the lack of infrastructure might not suit everyone's preferences. In summary, Lords Point in Matheran is a must-visit for those seeking tranquility and magnificent natural views. It's a place where you can truly connect with nature and appreciate its wonders.

Matheran is an automobile-free hill station and a municipal council in the Karjat taluka of the Raigad district located in the Indian state of Maharashtra. Matheran is part of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, and one of the smallest hill stations in India. It is located in the Western Ghats, at an elevation of around 800 m (2,625 feet) above sea level. It is about 90 km from Mumbai, and 120 km from Pune. This proximity to these urban areas makes it a weekend getaway for many. Matheran, which means "forest on the forehead" (of the mountains) in Marathi, is an eco-sensitive region, declared by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India. It is Asia's only automobile-free hill station. The best place to relax and spend the weekend happily. The weather is perfect for chilling. How to travel- Either by toy train directly from neral station to matheran or take rental cars mountain top then walk or take a horse to reach matheran.Nature, fresh air, effortless workout, walk to fitness, zero honking, all at one place. In short such a mesmerizing view and relaxing experience.

The view is breathtaking. You can seat here and enjoy the beauty of lake and green mountain. Beside the Charlotte lake one small dam is there and nearby within 5 min walk you can visit cilicia point. Beside lake there is good arrangements for seating and walking. Once you cross the lake don't forget to visit Pisarnath mahadev mandir. Many shop is there for snacking. You can seat beside the lake and have a tea. And if possible kindly clean the area if you have time not full area but little one which can make big difference for sure.
