The hotel and rooms were clean and good. We stayed for 4 days and had 2 rooms. One of the rooms did not have good water supply and hot water. The other room was good. The staff was responsive to most needs. It would have been better if toiletries and basic amenities are provided beforehand, instead of having to ask for everything. The food was good. Breakfast buffet is also good. Inconveniences: - They ask for advance payment for everything. We were able to negotiate paying only half our stay in advance. - They need IDs of EVERYONE staying in the room. Even if it's a family. They wouldn't even let my grandmother stay, without us somehow finding her ID. I haven't seen this anywhere else. - There was a management payment problem from their end. They did not put our payment info in their computer and wanted us to pay what we had already paid. They even had our payment slips with them. Overall a decent experience for rooms and food. Would've been better without the glitches.

Location of the Hotel is good as it is in the city and you will easily find transport for anywhere. Staff behaviour is good, Tina rajput from hotel reception and jitender from house keeping are very good.
