Canteen and lab facility at reasonable price. Courteous and helpful staff. Easy accessibility. Well appointed doctors and nurses. Well managed rooms for patients and bystanders.
I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received at this hospital. My condition only worsened after being admitted, and the staff seemed indifferent to my suffering. The nurses were unprofessional and neglectful, often ignoring my requests for pain medication and leaving me unattended for long periods of time. The doctors were dismissive and seemed to lack any real concern for my well-being. The facilities were also subpar, with dirty and unsanitary conditions that only added to my discomfort. Overall, my experience at this hospital was a complete nightmare. I would not recommend it to anyone seeking medical care, as it only made my condition worse and left me feeling neglected and uncared for.

Very good Hospital. Staffs are kind and well behaved. Bloodless surgery available here, it's a safe way of treating and helpful for easy recovery.
There is no concept of appointment here. I took appointment at 11.30 and met doctor at 2.30pm. Even more pathetic is that they are writing all kind of irrelevant tests. Even government hospitals have much better empathy than these people. They are simply in the business of money minting. So if you are looking for a general consultation, i would highly recommend to avoid this hospital as they will waste both your time and money.
I always prefer a second opinion for any or all Dr. Reviews...no matter what. In today's competitive world I have seen a Dr prescribing to get admited same day of visit for a procedure to be done and for the same issue another Dr suggested to give some time and it would heal on its own (which absolutely worked out well). In this journey, I must thank Dr's in lords hospital for always sharing the correct diagnosis and sharing the pros and con's and suggests options available hence helping us to take the correct decision. The nurse/ sisters in op were always caring and available whenever we have a query or needed some assistance. What I would like to highlight and what I admire the most is the transparency. My father had a surgery in this hospital. It was a very bad experience because of the staff and other facilities. Over all cost is high and facilities not up to the mark. Today we got the dr appointment on 11am and now 2.34 pm still we are not able to consult the dr. Govt hospitals far better than this.
