Rooms are spacious, Central Air conditioned, No outside noise, have a private balcony. Room service wasn't satisfactory. Television was not working irrespective to reporting to house keeping service. Also shaving kit and toiletries were not provided unless you ask them. They have buffet restaurant on ground floor.
I had to attend a workshop at this hotel. The hotel is maintained well. The conference room was neat. Food they served us was tasty. The staff responsiveness was very good.

Initially, I was a little hesitant due to some of the negative reviews but I am so glad I stayed here! I booked a standard room. The staff is amazing with their service, they are very quick and prompt. The rooms are great for the price and the breakfast is served after ordering. It is not your typical buffet but the staff comes and takes your order. As it was a complimentary breakfast, I have no complaints. I'll definitely recommend this hotel. It is budget friendly with a homely feeling. :) Cons: They need laundry facility inside the hotel. The wifi wasn't working most of the time I was there and what's worse is that mobile network wasn't working either. The TV ran out of subscription and they said they will recharge but didn't. I couldn't watch TV. I had to specifically keep asking for shampoo as it wasn't provided by default, yet they forgot multiple times.
