Absolute waste of money. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. The restaurant service was terrible. We went inside the restaurant and the staff did not get up the chair for good 5 minutes until I had to get up and tell him to turn the Ac and lights on and serve us some water and give the menu. Upon asking for the menu they denied us saying they have a private dinner coming soon. Please note we went at 6:30 and the restaurant was empty till 8:30pm. The rooms were unspeakably awful. Tiny cockroach everywhere including the toilet paper roll. There was an unpatched hole on the wall for the TV wires which made it possible to peep into the neighbouring room. We were 3 girls and a couple in total of 2 rooms and there was only 1 towel in each room. Called the reception to ask for more and they asked us to look again that there must be 3 there as if we are blind. And for the second room, they did not pick up the call at all and upon going down to them ourselves they told us that the reception phone has difficulty receiving calls. Here's an idea, shut the hotel down and go home. The toilet bidet pipe was broken. The water took ages to drain after a quick shower and the corridors stank of some public toilet smell When discussed with the manager all he did was say sorry. Never coming back. Never recommending it. Having it black-listed by our travel agents.

It was a good experience being in Lords Eco Inn and the rooms were clean and services were good. Overall it's the best hotel in Amritsar. Regards from Bhutan

Congested place. Food is great. However they charge for ice also.

Claims to be a 3 star property, but we have to doubt. We stayed for 4 days. Rooms are small. Bathrooms have huge glass windows opening to the crowded market place in front of the hotel. Cleanliness 3 out of 5. They gave enough supplies as per request.Last day ,they said no buffet breakfast as there were only few guests. They provided us with fresh parathas though.When we requested extension of 1 hour for checkout ,they agreed but 2hrs before that they called and said it cannot be done. And gave a half hour extension!!! . Not the very welcoming kind of place.

Pest control must required.. room laundry need to be updated as well

Useless hotel. Not at all recommended. Poor food quality, horrible ambience, insecure feeling.

I was staying 13 August to 16th August.... Room was very pathetic .... Linens had lots of stain ... Rat shouting on under the room celling .. in corner side of room some tiles are broken. And fully dust .. Lights issue also faced in the room. Food was good . But their room room service staff should be maintain some basic service... I am ordered some food with the food they give me only 1 spoon .. no service spoon no fork for eat food .without any salt pepper ... They dont have any basic amenities in room ...like comb. Sleeper... Shaving kit... Dental kit etc ... But staff was very good... Well behaviour... Mr. Mukul kapoor was also good manager over there... Lords group need to check their quality of service on this property of amritsar....
