Great Place With One Of The Largest Varieties Of Drinks In The Menu. The Food Is Decent & Ambiance Is Nice, Outdoor Seating Is Good & Food Is Delicious. The Items Are Little Pricey So Keep That In Mind Before Going Here.

Pathetic snacks and average service and environment. This big brand attracts people because of its name and believe me you are set to get disappointed once to be here. The crowd here is average and the food quality is pathetically poor. The service is delayed and no one is bothered of your comfort or convenience.
Well below expectations , drinks on menu are hardly available. LOTD has only two beers available on menu , food taste is pathetic be it starter or main course. Service is below par , staffs are ill mannered and not ready to help in any way.
I recently visited this restaurant on a Friday and was disappointed with my experience. Despite the restaurant advertising a 20% discount on the total bill, I was not offered this discount and only found out about it after I asked. The staff's response was that I did not ask for the discount, which I found to be unprofessional and misleading. As a customer, I expect to be treated fairly and for discounts to be honored without having to specifically request them. Overall, while the food was decent, the poor customer service and lack of transparency regarding the advertised discount left a bad taste in my mouth."
