Lord Krishna Palace - Hotel in Vrindavan - Mathura, India

Very very worse experience. Firstly, there was no one to carry our luggage when we reached. We had to take it ourselves. The water went away while my family members were in their respective washrooms and they had to stay inside for 45 minutes until the water came back after repeatative complains. Only one manager was available, no staff was available as it was Govardhan puja. Even he went away after handing us the keys and asking our id. No restaurant, no reception. Rats were roaming in our rooms. Spider webs were present everywhere. No hygeine at all. There was no electric kettle or toiletaries except a handwash. I got one electric kettle from another room. It was so dirty and there was no one available to clean it. Checked in at 10 pm and checked out at 8 am in the morning due to the bad experience. The manager also said that only because we booked through MMT, he waited for us else he would have cancelled the booking as it was puja. So don't ever book room there during any festival. Also, it's not a hotel. There are few rooms owned by Lord Krishna Palace in the building they show you.

Wrost experience ever had. No reception, no service, no sanitation, no attendance of staffs at the location,no resturant of the hotel, no complementary breakfast but High rent. Even small things like provision of water , bathroom slippers, bath soaps are absent. Bedsheets ,towels are not charged even you stay for a week. Give a second thought before booking such places.

Normal rooms. Do not get confused with the photos of the OMAXE township as a setup of the hotel. It's basic but clean and tidy. The staff was helpful and cordial. They are local to vrindavan and can help you plan your visits. Basically the location of the stay is near to the main temples like iskcon, RadhaVallabhma, Banks bihari and Nidhi Van.

when I called on given number on google the person who has picked the call is in very cool way he was not in professional manner he does not have knowledge about hotel he dont know about triple occupancy I will never recommended this property to any one ...isse accha koi ashram book kar lo

Dear all.. They are totally fraud peoples. There is no hotel the name of lord krishna place which is showing in the Google. This is a only third class complex. Fake people Fake hotel. From this place sno connectivity to prem mandir and other mandir.. Every thing is very far. Don't book rooms inside the omaxe eternity Rooms Condition are too bad. Rats come insdie the room and moving here n thers in night time. No single facilitiy are not given by them. Bad people , bad behavior with customers. So, don't book..

Hotel staffs are very rude, indecent and misbehaves with older people, doesn't give respect and use slangs on phone. Very worst property kindly ignore staying.

Worst experience. 1. Spitting everywhere 2. Light cut outs in every 5 mins. 3. Water only for 1 hour in whole day. 4. No reception 5. Under construction building

Very nice hotel. Amazing facilities. Superb location.
