Absolutely terrible experience. Not sure how this hospital is still running. The OPD hours start at 10, while the doctor takes his time to come in by 12. The nurses shamelessly lie that doctor will be here in 10-15 minutes while collecting the fees (Rs. 500, highest in the city). I walked out after waiting for 2 hours. Seems like the doctor does not care about his practice and is instead more interested in his car and riches.
The staff is very pathetic. They did not follow the time. The staff starts OPD at 10 AM but doctor will come around 12 PM and even after that he will go on regular short breaks. They did not care about patient condition and time. Even they did not follow the sequence in sending patients and treat VIP patiente first. If you want to get treated here make sure you have complete day as God knows when your turn will come to actually visit doctor cabin
Pathetic level of treatment.They dont follow any standard medical practices.Sometimes when there main doctor(Dr. Poonam) is not present,one Nurse takes the OPD.This is highly unethical and risky in the sensitive cases of gynaecology.
Me and my family have been taking ENT treatment for 25 years now. The doctors are skilled at their job and the hospital has advanced equipment. The gynae department is run by a super specialist. They give excellent care to patients

Very unprofessional doctor in term of timing. As their opening time is 10am but usually they showed up at after 11:30 or 12 pm. I dont think they care about public's time. 1 star well deserved.
Today I've blessed with my pregnancy positive news and all thanks to the entire team at Loomba Maternity. I had come to them with a failed IVF cycle at another center. I was emotionally shattered when I came. Since my first consultation at Loomba Maternity to the entire treatment of my IVF cycle - I've realized how different and diligently they've handled it. A thorough investigation was done for my previous failure and the entire team of doctors kept me updated regularly on the processes. And today I'm so grateful to them for this positive news. I would also like to thank the sisters and counselor and wish the best for the team at Loomba Maternity
Don't make the mistake of consulting Ms Sugandha Chopra in the absence of Dr Poonam.Sugandha is very rude,careless and arrogant person.Looks like she is on training here as her knowledge is also not upto the mark.No surprise that there are very few patients on the day when Dr Poonam is not there.
