I had a great experience here. I got a cut for myself on my birthday and I was very happy with the haircut. The stylists are experienced and they helped me a lot to figure out what would be a perfect haircut for me. There are a lot of different services available though the prices are expensive but it's worth it. I would recommend not going for the membership if u don't go to salons frequently. Overall it is a good salon in Kalyan.

Cleanliness is expected much here Staff lady made a good hot coffee for me I did L'Oreal hair wash today I wanted little warm water geyser was not working One of the male staff who was having beard was very rude and egoistic in general Female staff was polite Paytm /payment QR code machine was not working Hair dryer was not working properly No One asked for water or coffee or tea from themselves Waiting period was too long for customers One of the customer had advanced appointment amd staff was arguing with them wasted their time also Well for me it was good experience as staff Ashwani Jaiswar did good hair wash and was good polite while having conversation Lot if improvement needed in most of Kalyan and Dombivali Lookwell outlets Gharda circle employees are also rude and little bit not genuine I have stopped visiting there Phadke road Lookwell salon staff is also not genuine ,for all these reasons I have not renewed my membership here Lookwell salon should be improved owner needs to consider these things much Only Hiranandani thane staff I found genuine and one employee named Chetan at Godrej hill is very good and professional Vasant valley manager Akash is also good and sophisticated and well mannered well I like to do Moroccan hair wash in Lookwell and clean shaving If all these changes are done seriously I will think of having membership here
