I am regular client here. All staff member very talented. Before starting Any service they describe you about the product and the process. They keep me updated with discount and offer. I have been taking service from this branch for almost 1 Year. Special thanks to Wasim for making my first hair colour experience very good. Karan and Pawan for wonder experience for my hair spa, menicure and pedicure. Vicky for taking good care for all my male family member groomings. Manager Harsh and Karan also very good and helpful. Recently I got my hair colour done in Looks Salon. This was the very first time I was doing something out of my comfort zone. Staff was very good with consultation. They answered all my queries before the procedure. Also I was short of time because of my busy work schedule, they made sure that everything is done perfectly within the giving timeline without any error. I have been visiting Looks Salon since over a year now and their staff and Services are Great. Harsh and Karan are extremely polite. And their Staff members Anjali, Lucky, Waseem, Pawan and Sikandar really knows how to do their job! Give it a try and do visit. They have Offers going on rn! Thank me later.

First of all this is not the original looks, it's been operating by some local guys they're not trained . Manger is very rude after the payment. And lucky(the long hair guy) has no idea how to cut the hairs and how to do touch up. My wife took their service on 22 July 2023, she told him to use 5 number colour and he used some other number and applied on the hair after washing when my wife saw that this is not samne colour what she ask to use then after that he accept that this is some other number. He also said you can comeback to us if you are not satisfied with us. Next we inform the saloon that colour is very different from her natural colour and it's highlighting now and looking ugly they said you can come to us we will fix this (I have all proof) we went on 2 August 2023 and they were saying you are coming after 15 days it's a hair growth can some one tell me how 22July -02 August is 15 days. Manager was irresponsible he has no Sense to talk instead of correcting this they're asking us to pay again and then they will fix. It's not that we can't pay this small amount but if we had to pay again for their fault then why we are choosing such salons and supposing that professionals will Work there!!! Now it's your choice after reviewing this if you still want to go such third class saloon and if manager or owner of this saloon will not replied for this comment then just think once do you really want to go their?
