Overall a good experience. Not sure if the deep conditioning was personally worth it for me, but Shivam gave a great relaxing head massage to make up for it. He also does a great job with the blow dry and styling. Manicure was great, hands look clean and beautiful but there should be more of a focus on drying the nails if you proceed with other services within the salon - whether its quick drying nail coat or express drying spray.

I'd like to thanks Shehzad for his great work, who is truly one of the finest men's hair specialists I've ever encountered. Despite my relatively lower hair density, his meticulous approach to achieving a perfect haircut and selecting the right hair colour that complements your facial colour is exceptional. He never rushes through his work, even when there are customers waiting in line, as he values the quality of his craftsmanship. This commitment to excellence has made him highly regarded and the best in his field. Keep up the outstanding work in exceeding customer expectations!

I got global hair colour and keratin treatment done by Mr Raj. I am very satisfied with the service. He was very professional and meticulous at his job. He paid attention to details and did not leave out a single strand of hair uncoloured. He also performed the keratin treatment very meticulously and I'm very happy with the results. He suggested me how must I style my hair according to my face cut and shared a bunch of other tips on hair care. Overall, I had a very positive experience with him. However, there's one complaint from my mother's side who was sitting by my side to accompany me through the long process is that the seating is not comfortable. I request the management to make a note of this. Additionally, you could also provide tea/coffee to the clients and not solely expect all the clients to buy their beverages from the Barista outlet next door.

Please do not trust them for hair color or spa (balayage, ombre, other treatments, etc.). My hair has exponentially degraded in every way a person can imagine. I couldn't have seen it coming in the first 2-3 visits because it takes time to completely ruin one's hair especially when the hairstylist knows his work well enough to do so. And, on top of that, they aren't even allowing me to post a single picture those dry, bushy hairs. About the mention (@Shiva), I would request other clients to kindly not get fooled by his words. It's been more than a years time now that I have been taking services from Looks and this guy instead of repairing my damaged hair for free because of what he did, has the audacity of asking me to come in the next 15 days so he gives me a discount of 30% on his next color (btw, even that's not going to repair my hair)!!! Pls. Do refer my first and last review to get a complete glimpse of how people play on money. This one is a great example!

I had the opportunity of having my haircut by Raj. Raj is patient, attentive to details and a professional artist for your hair. When you go with Raj your hair experience is like the Taj. Highly recommend!

I want to thank Raj for the amazing job he did on my hair... I went in with an idea of what I wanted but knew it might not be possible because my hair was so dark to begin with but he surprised not only himself but me as well. The color came out so great... I got my clean-up done by Anu and must say the service was beyond expectations. For the first time, I felt no pain while removing my blackheads and whiteheads on my nose during clean-up, which is a first for me. Her light massage was very comforting and I look forward to getting a facial done by her. She has very light finger work and I felt no pain during threading and upper lip as well. Overall it was a very good experience and worth every penny.
