My experience with looks salon at centrio mall Dehradoon was worse... the staff is very unprofessional , not at all trained. They donot respect their customers and donot listen to what services they want. I had gone for only trimming for half inches and the person trimmed my half of the length without even asking me... after saying he was not even sorry and showed another level attitude as if nothing happened... manager came and offered me a compensatory voucher of smoothening session which definately cannot get back my hair length which was till my back and he chopped them till my shoulder.. totally unacceptable..the Manager at the store took my email id and just wanted me to leave the salon without making any chaos... customers are not even respected.. neither i received any voucher on my mail nor i was given any solution... worst service ever... very unprofessional staff they have..the person who did my haircut vanished ..Below mentioned are my pics of length.. coming to a brand like looks you dont expect such idiocity.. when we are paying a n extra money for professionalism please train your staff to work as per customers requirement not as per them.. this has ruined my entire day..worst salon ever..
