Longwa Nagaland - Tourist attraction in Longwa - Mon, India

Nice place to visit , serene and peaceful. The King's house falls under two countries Indian and Myanmar. Met the Konayak Tribe head hunter.

One of the largest villages of Mon district, this is a highly interesting place. The Angh's house here lies half in India half in Myanmar. Even though the village lies in two countries, the entire village is ruled by the chief. The natural beauty is immense as a total of four rivers flow through the village, two in India and two in Myanmar.

A must visit place. The village of kontak tribes AKA head hunters . It's really beautiful village with lots of things to explore.

We were on an expedition with a local Longwa villager who took us to a Burmese (Mayanmar) forest for a night full of extremity where we experienced their primary occupation that is hunting, survival night in the middle of nowhere and a primal way of living and day to day surviving experience. P.s We didn't hunt no one.

Amazing place and people

It was a very pleasure time I spent in this place. Unexpected and beyond the imagination culture about the place, about the tribe "HEAD HUNTER" about the king's palace which lies between India and Myanmar border and alot to know. Incredible North East
