We are extremely happy that we selected Lokpriya Super Speciality hospital for the delivery of our baby. Lokpriya Hospital Doctor and her team did everything in such a good and smooth manner. All the staff, nursing, house keeping, billing did everything very nicely. Our needs were understood and addressed in best possible manner. Everything was nicely organized and planned. Normally recommended for all....

PLEASE AVOID THIS HOSPITAL IN CASE OF EMERGENCY !!! Uneducated nursing staff - Nursing staff is so pathetic it seems like hospital bought them from roadside labour market. Management is so shameless that they don't even call doctors even in case of dire emergency. Beware - Most of the positive reviews are fake.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Lokpriya Hospital. Firstly, the communication between the hospital staff was very poor. I was given conflicting information by different staff members, which was confusing and frustrating. Additionally, the level of care I received was subpar. The nursing staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, and as a result, my needs were often ignored or overlooked. I also witnessed some staff members being rude and dismissive towards patients, which was very unprofessional. The cleanliness of the hospital was also a major issue. The rooms and bathrooms were not properly cleaned, and I felt like I was at risk of getting an infection during my stay. Overall, I was very disappointed with the level of care and service I received at Lokpriya Hospital. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone seeking medical attention.

From the senior TPA employee to the store manager to the Director, everyone I encountered had a condescending attitude that made me feel unwelcome and invalidated. I believe that empathy and compassion should be fundamental qualities for any healthcare provider, but sadly, they were sorely lacking here. Moreover, the unprofessionalism demonstrated by the staff was alarming. I observed multiple instances. What frustrated me, even more, was the inexplicable delay in simple processes. It seemed like a simple task, such as getting an appointment or receiving test results, became a never-ending ordeal. The administrative inefficiency was astounding, and it felt like they had no regard for the value of their patients' time. I understand that healthcare institutions can get busy, but the constant delays without any valid explanation or apology were simply unacceptable. To summarize, my experience at Lokpriya Hospital was far from satisfactory. The rude and arrogant staff, unprofessional behaviour, and frustrating delays in simple processes left me feeling utterly disillusioned. I sincerely hope that the hospital takes immediate action to rectify these issues, as they are detrimental to the overall patient experience. Until then, I would strongly advise anyone considering Lokpriya Hospital to explore alternative options for their healthcare needs.

My encounter with this hospital left me with a sense of dissatisfaction and concern about the service and quality of care provided. I hope that my feedback helps highlight areas for improvement and ultimately leads to a better experience for future patients. 1. TPA Desk A) Firstly, the communication at Lokpriya Hospital was severely lacking. From the moment I arrived, I encountered an inorbitant and intentional delay in claim intimation by the TPA Desk to the Insurance Company. The staff at the TPA desk (Shefali) appeared overwhelmed, rude, and disinterested, failing to provide clear directions or answer my questions adequately. B) Try to get the preauthrorization as early as possible. Until then, patients remain uncertain about the claim approval and unsure whether the claim will be approved or not. C) In my case, it took Approx. 22 hours for just claim intimation and 3 days for settlement, and that is to after rigorous follow-ups at every level (TPA, Middle mgmt, Chief Administrative officer & Director). Claim update Timeline As under i). Patient Admitted on 05-June-23 around 5:00 P.M ii). Claim Intimation 06-June-23 around 1:21 P.M iii). After 3 Times Queries and Third Party Investigation (Due to Hospital Credibility and past claim rejection history), claim preauthrorization approval was received on 07-June-23 8:58 P.M iv). On 08-Jun-2023 patient discharged around 10:00 A.M But have to wait till clearance of another query resolution by the hospital till 09:00 P.M in the evening. In short, if you are willing to get the treatment from Lokpriya Hospital, ensure timely claim intimation, query response, and additional Third Party Investigation. 2. No Complaint Redressal Mechanism A). I contacted the manager and chief administrative officer on the delay in query response, but they seem inefficient and non responsive. B). At last, I have to reach out to the Director/Owner Mr. Rohit for resolution of discrepancy in final bills. C) I have shared honest feedback with him, but he also seems to be justifying the loopholes and inorbitant delays. He himself told all Big Hospitals in Meerut falls under Red Zone and Third Party Investigation, numerous Queries raised on the claim are common here. His response surprised me, and left me no other option then to quickly discharge patient and never ever take treatment in Lokpriya Hospital. I sincerely hope that the management takes note of these concerns and implements necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future patients.

Wrost hospital, nobody can take responsibility of their own work ...everyone throw ball from his court to another...and their is no discipline in doctors room.....they write prescription while talking with another person and doing other work...no importance/attention given to OPD patients...no discussion about patients past problems... not even a single staff including doctors specially neuro and ortho would provide write information regarding investigation procedure and treatment.

On 18.08.23 I took my father to lokpriya hospital, he was vomiting blood, I admitted my father to the emergency, then the doctor asked me if you have any card for treatment and I pandit deen dayal upadhyay rajya karmchari yojna After showing the card, the doctor said after some time that there is no doctor here to treat this disease, go away from here, then we were returned from there without treatment.
