The operation was good. The service, that's is, the sisters and brothers were so very helpful and mainly, attentive. It helps the patient to know that they will respond quickly to their requests. Overall the treatment was good enough.

Good service, friendly and helpful staff. Hospital can be kept more clean and hygienic. Would have appreciated if Dr. Vaidya could have met the patient and relatives at least once after the surgery while the patient was admitted

A hospital that provides very high-quality services in knee joint surgeries using modern techniques. I had an operation on my mother and my aunt to replace knee joints under the supervision of Dr. Narendra Vaidya. The service is excellent. The cooperation from Sister Priti Varma was excellent. She facilitated many things for us from the moment of reception until the time of departure.

My mother recently got her TKR done of both the knees at LHSS. It goes without saying Dr.Narendra Vaidya is the best in this field. My mother had a very smooth experience during and post operation. Being a Senior Consultant myself, I admitted my mom for knee replacement. Though The Doctor Narendra Vaidya is fantastic surgeon. His is the best. But the Hospital is worst private hospital. The nursing staff in ICU and private support staff (Ayas)are very rude and treat vulnerable patients in pathetic way as in they are doing favour in helping patients. They were creating huge unconvinced in providing even basic things like clean bed sheets, cotton and patient's regular clothes. Such kind of rude and inhumane behaviour from support and nursing staff can have negative impact on patients recovery. They can behave so rudely with doctor's mom. Imagine how they must be behaving with normal people. No doubt the doctors and juniors doctors are good. The agency which handling nursing staff is pathetic and worst. It's government hospital in form of private hospital. Don't put fake reviews, all reviews are single reviewers. They are not Google Local Guides

dr.vaidya had made very good surgery .we have came from pandharpur the staff has taken very good care of us. and surgery was pain less. our patient was able to walk next day of surgery.
