I had a positive experience The medical staff, from doctors to nurses, were attentive and professional. The facility was clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the clear communication about my treatment and the care I received during my stay. Overall, I felt well taken care of during my time at this hospital.
My daughter was admitted in hospital for Dengue treatment. Everyone from Doctors to mama , mavshi, sisters are very helpful and genuinely caring. All the assistance offered was with a smile on face. One suggestion would be have canteen facilities within hospital.

2. rooms are in bad condition, all walls are black. Unhygienic washrooms even for private rooms
3. Adminstration and billing department is is most pathetic... even after 40days and claim settled from insurance company they don't return deposit... very non operative administration department
4. They don't have any MRI or scanning facility, if patient requires it then patient need to move to other hospital in horrible Omni vehicle...
I visited this hospital as my mother was suffering from knee pain. Doctor suggested us to go for total knee replacement surgery. Overall experience right from the patient admission, operation and later discharge was very good. Staff was supportive and caring.

Good and cooperative staff here. Immediate and proper clarity regarding the treatment was given. Dr Agarwal handled our case and they gave a proper line of treatment without unnecessary medications and tests.
