Worst ambience. Worst management. Worst Response. They wont provide the sufficient towels. Front office desk is a scam here. Please note everything when you enter into the hotel. They will double charge you if you wont check there. Scammers in the front desk
The food in the kitchen is pathetic. The choices on the menu are redundant because they only have two things in their kitchen, and those are very poorly cooked as well. Please take care of your food arrangements from the outside if you plan to stay in this hotel.
Good room, but can be done better. Food and restaurant is good, staff is quite cooperative.
It's really unfortunate. The receptionist Shahid is rude to customers. This is the worst experience for me. I hope no others will suffer like me. Intentionally miscommunicating with customers to squeeze more money from them by creating new conditions for stay.
We were with kids for 4 days at Hyderabad and had a stay with Loki's forest inn. Great hospitality, very much supportive and polite staff. Rooms, toilets were very clean. Food was just amazing. Buffet breakfast was tasty, hot and freshly prepared. grmaagrm dosa with delicious Chutneys was mouthwatering. Even at 11.00pm, hotel served us hot and fresh dinner, which we enjoyed a lot. In short- Restaurant- 5* Rooms- 5* Hospitality- 5* Staff- 5*
Good hospitality and the room is very clean. All the staffs are friendly. The food here is too good and especially coffee. There is a space for us to work inside room so it will be useful for work from home people. Looking forward to come back to this hotel.
1) Room Service - Not satisfied with the rooms and service provided by you on this visit (2nd Floor) compared to last year(3rd Floor). The suite room was so old fashioned and not maintained at all.As it was a rainy day so the stinky smell in the room & washroom which made the stay miserable till the next day room's service. 2)Food- About the food's Taste,quantity and price I would give 4.5 stars....we just loved the food. 3) Management - Management is too good, all things were managed so nicely. Just a suggestion for the visitors that if u are planning to book the hotel please go ahead and book,but please do demand them to give you rooms on the 3rd floor as they are well maintained and new ones.
