Lokanatha Temple - Hindu temple in Puri - Puri, India

The temple of Lord Mahadev is absolutely beautiful with full of positive aura. It is believed that all the desires are fulfilled in this temple. The temple is not much crowded as it's not Monday or Shravan month or Jagara. You can go in early morning for mental peace. But be aware of the priests as they take too much money for the name of God.

Recently I have visited the Lokanath temple of puri district.Here Lord Shiva and Devi Parbati are worshipped. Inside the temple a pond found named parbati pond. This temple is famous for its Shivratri festival. Must visit once Omm Namah Shivaya

Nice place to visit. Properly cleaned but a lot of work need to be done inside the temple. A proper development plan need to be framed by the administration to develop the Interior which is in a poor state of condition.

Very nice place for outing ,very peaceful place ,near the jagannath temple Puri. The temple of lord Shiva. Good environment and beautiful location must visit the place ..

Loknath is a famous Shiva Temple where people come to offer their prayers and do abhishekam of the Shivalinga. I visited on a Sravan somwar and there was a lot of rush. One can buy Pooja items at the entry of the temple. Mobile phones are not allowed inside. There is no entry ticket as well as no parking ticket. There are temples of Lord Hanuman and other deties inside along with a pond.

This temple is famous for Lord Shiva. The temple is beautiful, but the priests are not as good as expected.

A Lord Shiva temple in Puri and visited by devotees. It is believed that Lord Rama installed Shivalinga here in form of louka.

Temple environment is very good. Inner side structure of the temple is old but well maintained. At the entry there is a beautiful pond. One can wash hand and feet before enter to temple
