The project is good but connectivity is the biggest issue. The only road available currently is Diva Manpada road which is in very bad condition. During Sales, the Lodha Sales team said there is direct connectivity to Dmart at Manpada road but now they are saying this road will be built by the Government - not sure when, and not by Lodha. A lot of fake promises done by the sales team during the Sales and customer care department is also pathetic. The only good thing is the project has good open space but that is also getting reduced now due to the new unplanned tower which was not communicated earlier.

Visited this project two weeks back Pros : - The overall project looks good. Open space around buildings - Nice garden + swimming pool + Library - OC is received for the first 3 wings so no issues with OC as mentioned in other reviews. Cons : - Connectivity is not well from Kalyan Shil road as mentioned above in most of the reviews. Manpad Diva road condition is very bad - The sales team mentioned that there is a road planned till DMart. But the reality i feel is that the road will not be built by Lodha. So we can't rely on the sales team statement and moreover, they are not ready to give it in writing. - Water logging might be an issue during heavy rains in future. - Observed that the road towards the project is half done, only the road in front of the project gate is proper, came to know from locals that remaining part of the road will be built by either government or other builder Venus Sky City - which may take years to complete since possession for that project is 2026. - Bit doubtful if it's really a Lodha project since Lodha Codename on the other side of road has proper connectivity and appears more luxurious. Overall, the project is good, if you can wait for 2-3 years, then you can invest here in my opinion ,but the builder should work on infrastructure a bit to provide better reach to this project from highways. I booked a flat in Runwal Gardens now which might not have the same design but open space is ample there , connectivity is far better compared to this project.
This is one of the best small township, with quality work , jogging track, swimming pool, club, close to dmart.
We have booked our second home with them. As of now have not got possession but hopefully this June. The review and facility of live wings were good. It's a good place but will take few more years to be easily accessible. They have started to build road connecting to D Mart. Let's see how the management comes up.

Pathetic staff. This was not at all expected from a builder like Lodha. Staff is way too arrogant. They absolutely have no manners. They will not deliver the project on said date that's for sure. Before buying kindly consider the possession date. All they do is give false promises about the DP road and the possession date. DO NOT fall for it.
