I would like to take a moment and thank to Kunal (Barber for the day), Dharmendra Jha (Massage specialist for the day) and Locks and Lustre for making my experience way more fantastic of what I thought and here goes my full review. I have never experienced hair spa and body massage and I was very skeptical for both the services as I don't know how it works as I have always liked my hair to be only cut from the barber shops. However, this time I decided to experience it at least once in a lifetime and Man-o-man, what an lovely experience I got and the facilities these guys have which also includes hygiene factor got my heart Kunal have been very helpful to me while cutting hair and he explained how my hair should be cut so that it suits me and from shortening the hair till hair spa, he did not rush into things for another customer. He took his own time for all the process which made felt like a valuable customer and who would not feel like one when you get the same vibe like me? I would also like to highlight one of the best personnel in the store and his name is Dharmendra Jha. Let me tell you that not only his skills for massage will make you relax physically but the immense knowledge he has based on life and the communication skills this guy has is something most of the people lack in this World. I have never seen a person being so down to earth and having the best skills for communicating and magic for massage. By any chance if anyone in media or writer is reading this review, please take an interview of Mr. Dharmendra Jha and I am sure you won't regret your time you are going to give to this person. Specially uploading his photo for your views and your easiness to find him. Again I would like to thank Locks and Lustre and the team to make my experience a wonderful experience. I just had an amazing haircut from Rakesh, and I'm super happy with the outcome. It was same as I had shown in the reference picture! The service, whole ambience, everything is amazing. I would definitely recommend my friends and family as well!
