We went to new outlet for purchasing purdah. Sales men were utterly rude and was aggressive. Ego issues were there in salesman. Not a good buying place.

The best thing about store is they are trustworthy. I gave them 1000rs extra mistakenly they immediately told me they are extra. Best quality products with reasonable rates Nice place for sofa mattress curtains etc

Before selling items they will talk very sweetly and try to make a good connection. If u face any issue after buying, try to contact them. they will show their true colors. They are really frauds and have no self-respect also. Sleepwell agency is only with them so I have to go to their shop. else I will never go to this fraud's shop. Very bad behaviour. Zero Business ethics. Money minded, arrogant, proudy owners.

When I bought the matress they showed a fully warped plastic mattress when it came home the plastic was tored apart at many places,they also sent cheap pillow with it instead of the one included.there is also no warranty card in the matress and told sticker as an warranty card . Later told to come and get one from the store. Unsatisfactory support from them

Humble advise, stay away from them! Very rude customer service, specially the owner. Has no respect for elders and talking ettiquet. What really matters to these guys is money, sell and forget. We bought couple of bedsheets from them and trusted them with sizes. When we took it back as one of them was shorter, he refused to take it back. And started showing aggressive behavior. There are better shops in Bhilwara. Stay away from this one!!
