LNB RESIDENCY - Hotel in Tirupati - Chittoor, India

This was our third time stay here. The first 2 times the experience was really good but not this time. We had booked 2 rooms, 1 was good and the other room was really pathetic. The bed was not cleaned and sheets were not changed after the previous I suppose. The bed was full of hair, the chairs were stained, with dirty curtains. After letting the reception know they changed the bed sheets but did not make our experience much better after having seen the prior condition. We asked for another room but not available due to weekend rush. They have a limited parking that can accommodate only 7-8 cars. Beyond that they ask you to park it on the busy road which is not easy to park and take it at will. They will have to focus more on the cleanliness for repeat customers. Good thing is they have a decent vegetarian restaurant in the same building

Business class rooms best for pilgrims, in a prime location with a pretty neat maintenance. Railway station at a walkable distance makes it very easy for the travellers. Their consistency needs a special mention, have stayed there before a year and now, and still the rooms are fresh; except for the hospitality of the receptionist.

The hotel is really clean & neat especially bathroom. It has all the modern fittings. Staffs are friendly, we were able to check-in early morning (4am) as we had already informed the reception about our arrival time & train details. Make sure to have any photo ID for check-in. Walkable distance from railway station & bus station Auto & taxi are available right in front of the hotel

I have stayed there for 2 days. Very good and great servicing hotel & very nice room But, the restaurant attached with this hotel is very weird As I had my supper and asked for bill and wanted to pay via card or UPI.........the surprising answer I got that they would not keep UPI or card The waiter and person sitting on billing counter told that they accept only and only cash and nothing else (i.e. UPI/ CARD). I thought that this was because of any type of issue or their policy. But, tomorrow I was went to restaurant for water bottle then I saw a customer was paying the restaurant bill via UPI I don't know why they said such fake and false information to me. Therefore, I given this hotel as only 3 stars otherwise I would give it as 5 stars

Rooms were clean, but the service and treatment of customers were horrible. Manager doesn't have any humanity for helping out at small requests, in fact treat customers to earn more money. Would recommend to go to other hotels with same pricing and expect a decent behaviour.

Room was not clean. Floor felt sticky. The duvet cover was dirty and despite requesting to change, got an answer that marks on it happened just before we entered the room. Service otherwise is good. Food is reasonably good. Location is convenient

24 hours check-out is the best possible thing. Reasonable charges. Room I stayed in was clean and hygienic. Staff are welcoming, helpful, polite. Cable network had some issues so TV wasn't useful. Location is near railway station. Just outside the hotel public transport buses are available.

The best possible hotel in budget you could get near to railway station..... staff people are humble and good. The rooms we took were smaller in size but then again beds were clean and so were the bathrooms... overall good experience we. Even though we stayed for about 5 hours but still it was good. Would prefer the same in our next trip too..
