I would rate this place excellent for haircut. Zubair did a fantastic job of giving me a really nice haircut and service. He suggested what haircut would suit my face and was able to do it well. But I would not recommend this place for pedicure or May be any services upstairs. The pedicure was just below average, the room upstairs is so tiny that you have to bend down to walk in and the pedicure lady was actually not good. Usually a pedicure requires proper cleaning, scraping, massaging, scrubbing and mask. She didn't do any of those things well and was making a face for everything. She just put one coat of nail polish first and was not ready to put another coat which brings out the actual shade. She was very reluctant. So that is the only reason I am giving 3 stars. If it's just a hair salon, then I would probably give stars.

Got my hair coloured over here by Zubair. He's an amazing hair stylist! Been there for hair styling as well, he did a really good job! Very reliable people.

I must say it is well maintained and clean salon. I have done Brazilian nano plastia treatment there. All staff are very polite and co-operative, they make you feel comfy. I got my treatment done by Zubair. Thank you Zubair!. Your best!!.

I went to the salon for the first time and I must say that I was not disappointed. Imran did my highlights and keratin treatment, both of which he did quite professionally and meticulously. He did a consultation before to both procedures to ensure that I was satisfied with both the process and the outcome. He is always friendly and courteous, as well as well-informed and knowledgeable about what he does. It is admirable to observe how he handles the salon while still putting the clients first, especially when the business is highly busy. I would recommend Imran for any hair treatments without hesitation, and I completely trust him as he works his magic every time!

I got a haircut and colour from Reborn. The staff made me feel so comfortable and helped me to navigate best possible hair colour, style and hair care. Loved the overall experience. Worth it!!

Had a very good experience at your stall at the IBW!! The foot massage was so relaxing. The staff was so courteous and helpful. Special mention of Sheetal, Kiran, Mukesh and Sameer. Would definitely recommend to others and visit again.

Terrible experience. I am a customer of reborn salon since they opened this saloon. The service was good. I went to them now after a break of 1 year as I am married in the south and don't come to the north often and I found the service is gone down. I went to the saloon to do my waxing facial pedicure and manicure. I was attended by Sana she did my waxing. And next was my facial I asked to do the Shanaz Hussain facial which was costing 2000. She told me I have lot of tan so I either put bleach or de tan pack for the glow. I opted to take the bleach which was again of 2 types. I opted for the whitening bleach costing 500. I was put the bleach and kept for 15 mins. After that the facial started. I was given less than 10 mins scrub. 10 mins of cream massage and then she started putting the face pack. When I asked her is it only 20 mins facial she said yes you don't need too much scrub or massage as your face is clear. I said doesn't make sense why am I doing the facial then? I could have done a clean up and finished it. She put the pack and left it for 30 mins just to adjust the time. The full facial was done in less than an hour. My question is when you'll are charging so much for this facial it should be worth the money. The menu card says all facials are for 1 hour to 1.5 hour. Only face scrub and massage was done. They dont give any back or hands or neck massage. The staff was either doing it in hurry as it was getting to the lunch time or she was not interested. I am very disappointed with the service I didn't get any glow of the facial nor the bleach. Waste of money. When I took the matter to the owner lucky he was not supportive also he was not making his staffs mistake. Lucky I would say if your charging so much for the facial give some worth for the money we spend. Also I was supposed to do my highlights and I asked 1 boy for the rate he gave me and said I won't be there tmrw. The next day I asked other boy he gave me more rate than the previous boy when asked him why the difference he says if he gave u that rate u do with him very rude behavior.

I had an amazing experience at Reborn Panjim! The ambience was fantastic, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly skilled and friendly, making me feel right at home. The owner, Lucky's attention to detail and passion for his salon was evident in every aspect. I truly appreciated the personable experience I had. I'll definitely be back for more great haircuts! I truly did leave the salon REBORN!
