LIYANA SILKS CENTRE - Bridal shop in Vengara - Malappuram, India

For, I had good experience here so far, good collections, and good service for most of the staffs. Most important things is there are lots of space for parking. In vengara, parking is the major concern. Here we got lots of parking space. Overall am satisfied with their service.

Very bad customer service and bad quality dresses.. Over price rate comparing othershop...

This shall to shut down, cheap quality and over pricing and read this FYR, Useless sales boy(especially ground floor kids girl section). Multiple times I got feedback from family members about the bad shopping experience at the centre, I didn't expect so much. While I had an unexpected need to buy a blue dress for my sister's daughter, I told the sales boy about a blue dress to show me, kindly. Then, he asked me for a color gradient pattern name. Is there anyone who carries color code #0052641 or Warm Flame,Juicy Peach #ffecd2, #fcb69f Lady Lips,Winter Neva etc.. ?? Only sales persons in Liyana require this. And the stupid boy did argue with me for the same. This is usually a show off to polite and kind customers. I was just testing how they treat a polite customer. When I keep the power, I always be treated best.

Very bad customer service, we can't getting any satisfaction after purchase. Even visiting for exchange also. They are Not getting value for money

Very bad services.... All staffs are useless... And bad experience ever.... Their behavior is very bad.... I don't see such a shop in my life.... Worst experience ever......

Very poor customer service. Their staffs are so rude to the customers and they give very false information about the item when we go for exchanging the item and they act like as if we did something wrong and insults the customer knowingly. Liyana was much better before, this was my first visit after their renovation. I think the management has to rethink about keeping these staffs. The only stuff that attracts them now is the big showroom they have. Choose other fabric stores, if you really want a good customer service.

Very bad customer service. I have purchased ladies garments and baby dress two days ago. They have agreed to return if any size mismatches is there. Yesterday i went to return baby dress they did'nt take it saying the item is dirty.. their words before sale and after sale service is quite opposite. They gave girls dress for boys by missunderstanding the customer by saying its new model for boys.Beahviour of Sales Supervisor to the customer is very bad. customer service is pathetic. 1

Textile collection is awesome. But I changed a shoe today, behavior/ approach of the guy who handled was not fair. Like he don't like to show us more shoes. He wants to close the deal very soon. I felt very uncomfortable because of his approach to us. We don't wish to purchase again from 'footic' if dont change the way of approach to customers.
